The applicant we need knows how to properly work with his hands, turn bolts, assemble electrical parts, understand simple sketches, and understand the principles of mechanics and electricity. • We also expect the applicant to have an understanding of management and to be able to adhere to production and managerial discipline. The deputy head must compose production schemes, charts, and see to it that they are observed along with his direct superior.

Duties:

• Receiving machinery components and checking that their quality is up-to-par.
• Assembling parts.
• Designing production schemes.
• Adhering to company standards within the production process.
• Writing up such documents as: operation schemes, product release schedules, employee work schedules, as well as technical instructions and recommendations.
• Overseeing the work of installers, electricians, welders, and production engineers.
• Guiding three areas of production.
• Being a deep thinker and a diligent worker.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a mechanical engineer.
• Experience designing new equipment.
• Knowledge or quick mastery of the SOLIDWORKS program.
