Installation of the Blizzard Baghouse Filter at a Starch Processing Facility

We are excited to share a glimpse of the Blizzard Baghouse filter recently installed by our valued client at their starch processing facility. The client opted for our highly efficient pulse jet baghouse system, which has already proven its effectiveness in a variety of industrial applications.

One of the standout features of this installation is the use of flat filter bags, combined with a fan mounted directly on the roof of the filter unit. This compact design not only optimizes space but also enhances the efficiency of the filtration process. The continuous discharge of collected dust is handled seamlessly via an automated gate, ensuring uninterrupted operation without the need for manual intervention.
