Delivery of a Pulse Jet Baghouse for a Mineral Powder Prepackaging Line

In these photographs, you see the Blizzard baghouse with pulse cleaning (cleanup) of the bags which is built into the mineral powder prepackaging (debagging) line. Since the powder is small in dimension, the client asked to use material with a PTFE membrane for higher-quality gas cleaning. Blizzard is installed on long legs which allows a big bag to be connected right under the hopper, which eliminates the need to spend time collecting product from the hopper. The filter features round bags.

Currently, the client has encountered the performance of the filter not covering the demands of the line. We have given recommendations for measuring the necessary parameters based on which conclusions will be made on whether to replace the filter or change the gas pipe system or inlet bells. We will note that what we supplied was only the filter complex. We didn't take part in developing the dust collection system project. As soon as the customer receives the necessary measurements, we will help them resolve their system efficiency issue.
