What a fantastic cleaning percentage!
Sometimes customers come to us when their enterprise is under threat of having to close down or has already been closed down by the ecological authorities. That's precisely what happened with a client of ours. We can't name the company for confidentiality reasons, but they are a large production enterprise. Environmental control authorities suspended the factory's operations which was engaged in metal pouring in the process of cold hardening mixtures (Alfa Set) into sandy forms. Various elements are used for binding in the forms, most often resins which eject phenol and formaldehyde in the reaction. Phenol and formaldehyde are organic bonds that are dangerous for the body.
Although our client's production process was far away from residential areas and the contamination percentage was low, they were forced to suspend production.
We proposed that our client install the TORNADO with a performance of up to 18000 cfm. We issued several modifications of the TORNADO model, performed the installation, and the client launched it using its staff as soon as possible.
According to the test records, their phenol was cleaned by 96.49%!
TORNADO demonstrated itself to be a great aggregator for cleaning organic bonds.
