Installation of Baghouses on Rotating Furnace

The client has successfully launched installation of baghouses on a rotating furnace. The performance of the baghouses is designed for a gas flow of up to 17500 cfm and an operation temperature of up to 392 °F. For the short term, filters can withstand a load of up to 428 °F. The meta-aramid material Nomex is used as the filtration component.

These filtration complexes are used for dust collection of any production processes where a dust component is extracted. Aside from the filters, the client ordered worms from us for transporting captured product back into the production process.
