Wet Scrubber for an Electric Boards Producer for Electrotechnology

We manufactured and delivered a Wet scrubber (absorber) to neutralize resulting nitrogen oxide gases from the etching of copper pendants at a galvanizing plant in a nitric acid solution. Maximum performance: 1800 cfm. Gas temperature of 70-85 °F. Average nitric oxide content in air and gas mixture of 0.1 ppm.

The aerodynamic resistance of said wet scrubber was up to 0.145 psi, the design material is polypropylene, and the packing type is Pall rings.
