The client had a high dust level with dry dust.
We performed dust collection of the production site, in particular feeding granular materials into the form. A feature of the filter is that it's compact and made specifically according to the client's production features, in other words it’s based on the individual project.
We manufactured a cartridge dust collector with air cleaning of filtration cassettes. We fitted it with automatic discharge of the dust using a gate.
The collector is installed on a movable cart. Few companies on the dust collection market take on the production of such wares.
Our dust collector has operated since 2018 and has shown itself to operate very well in practice.
