Pulse Jet Baghouse Delivery for Asphalt Production Furnace Gas Cleaning

We are proud to announce the successful manufacturing and delivery of a BLIZZARD pulse jet baghouse for an asphalt plant, specifically designed for cleaning exhaust gases from asphalt production furnaces. This filtration system is engineered to operate under extremely high dust levels and withstand furnace temperatures exceeding 392°F (200°C), making it an ideal solution for the demanding conditions of asphalt production.

The BLIZZARD pulse jet baghouse is specially designed to handle the harsh environment of asphalt plants, where the combination of high dust loads and elevated temperatures presents a unique challenge. After its installation, the baghouse underwent a successful test run at the client’s facility, confirming its ability to perform under real production conditions.

As shown in the photograph, the baghouse was delivered with a flow divider, providing a convenient solution for the unloading and transfer of captured dust. The flow divider allows the collected dust to be discharged directly from the filter and transferred onto a conveyor system via a worm transporter. This feature enhances the efficiency of the dust collection process, minimizing downtime and reducing the need for manual intervention during product handling.
