This scrubber was produced for a client in consideration of the limited space available for it to be stationed. The device had to fit within limited size for a galvanizing line. There was an objective to transport the device into a closed room and soldering it on the spot, which is what was done. The client is engaged in producing electrotechnology boards.
The wet scrubber is made of propylene since there was a corrosive and active environment. The scrubber cleans
acidic environments. Located inside the scrubber are mass transfer packing: Pall rings and a droplet collector. Full automation was provided. It cleans, refills, and drains solutions on its own.
