Description of the technological process: There are 4 fans in the production factory's ventilation system with a total performance of 5700 cfm. These fans capture possible chemical product steam in the loading/unloading of raw materials from barrels, flow bin, sacks, or other packaging materials. General exhaust fans expel general air mass from the whole factory.
The capture of potential gases in the creation of a nitrogen cushion with an consumption of 4 cfm. These gases preliminarily condense in the heat exchange unit before ending up in the fixed-bed scrubber.
Capture of potential steam after vacuum pump of 210 cfm.
The production site technological process scheme: The factory consists of 4 reactors, a buffer volume for cooling, weights, and a node for loading/unloading.
Gas consumption volume: 5900 cfm.
Gas temperature: 70-85 ˚F
Waste description: No mechanical admixtures. Required cleaning type with the use of a sulfuric acid solution with automatic pH control. Preferably made of plastic with automatic acid feeding as pH increases.
