The Blizzard RA Reverse Air Baghouse operates on the principle of filter cleaning using reverse airflow. Contaminated gas passes through filters with round fabric sleeves, where dust and particles are trapped on the surface of the filter bags. Once the filter is filled with dust, the system activates reverse airflow, blowing air through the filters to dislodge the accumulated dust into a dedicated collection hopper. This process helps maintain filtration efficiency while minimizing the need for frequent maintenance.

MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

In the standard package, the Blizzard RA Baghouse system has a conical accumulation reservoir for dust and a round sealer with a hand lever for opening and closing or a box on wheels.
Additional hopper package
A vibrator or a vibrator installation to prevent dust from sticking to the hoppers walls.

Hoppers and supports based on your enterprise’s order. For instance, we included a hopper that unloads into big bags for our wood-processing enterprise client.
The hopper with a worm under the bag for uninterrupted unloading of dust from the hopper with a flood hatch. In this case, the filter won't have to be stopped in order to unload the accumulated dust.
