The temperature of the moving air stream should not exceed 150°C. The air stream to be cleaned should not contain explosive mixtures.
The unit has two stages of air cleaning:Due to the expansion of the section when entering the filter, the air flow significantly reduces its speed and is directed perpendicular to the original direction. The more inertial dust particles fall out of the airflow and settle in the collector. The air flow through the inlet pipe enters the housing. Larger dust particles lose speed and fall into the dust collector.
- Second stage — Mechanical
Cleaning occurs by trapping dust using mechanical bag filters. The exhaust device captures and removes dust formed during cleaning. The dust collector cleans the contaminated air and returns it back to the room. Fine particles are captured by filter bags, which are periodically cleaned using a manual shaking mechanism. The shaking mechanism allows the accumulated dust to be shaken off from the bag filters into the storage bunker when the fan is off. As a result, the cleaned air, passing through the fan, is expelled outside from the top of the unit's body.
The bag filters, which can be easily replaced with new ones, are cleaned by a manual shaking mechanism. The unit can be supplied in a mobile or stationary version.
