Dirty air enters the dirty air chamber. Following this, the dirty air proceeds to the bags. Dust particles settle on the bags, while clean air moves upward into the clean air chamber and is expelled from the "Bora 1200" back into the workshop or outside. Over time, the filter bags become clogged with the product carried in the gas stream, and they need cleaning to maintain filtration efficiency. The bags are cleaned using a pneumatic shock with compressed air, reverse blow, or bag vibration.

Construction and Structure of the Filter
Inside the Bora 1200, filter bags are installed, which ensure gas purification from impurities.
As the gas passes through the bags, it is cleaned; particles settle on the bags, while the air moves inside the bag and is expelled through the flange outside of the Bora 1200 filter.
Managing the Bora
The filter is controlled using a controller or control panel. This system operates in a closed-loop but can be reconfigured depending on the client's needs. We offer to equip the filter with a fully automatic control system, analysis, fire extinguishing, and more. Features of the control cabinet include: 1. Start/Stop buttons. 2. Dry contacts for Start/Stop for joint connection with conveyor control. 3. Fire shut-off – from the control signal. 4. Indicators for "Operating", "Emergency" with dry contacts for connection to the factory's control system. 5. Filter dustiness control using a differential manometer. 6. The control unit allows both automatic and manual operation. 7. Protection against short-circuiting and overload.
