Mist and Droplet Eliminators

Our mist and droplet eliminators separate entrained liquid droplets from industrial gas and air streams. Droplets coalesce on vane plates or mesh media and drain by gravity, so the separation stage needs no continuous liquid circulation. The units are simple in design: the media can be removed for inspection, cleaning and replacement, and periodic wash-down is available as an option. Housing and media materials, including polypropylene, PVC and stainless steel, are selected for the liquid chemistry and operating temperature. We supply complete units and replacement pads, in standard or custom sizes.
