A Baghouse for Producing Mineral Powder on a Drum Furnace

This dust collector was installed at the production site of a major mineral powder producer. The operation temperature is up to 302 °F. Supplied in the pulse jet baghouse package was a rotary gate load-transfer device for continuously discharging dust from the filter hopper. The mineral powder was challenging in that the dust was very fine and harder to capture. This client acquired another two similar dust ollectors from us which were installed in the first quarter of 2019.
