Installation of the TORNADO-RP Scrubber for Air Purification at a Meat Processing Facility

At one of the food production facilities specializing in meat products, the installation of the latest TORNADO-RP wet scrubber has begun. This packed bed scrubber is designed for cleaning polluted air through mass transfer between air and liquid (in this case, water) in the packing material, which consists of random Pall rings.

The TORNADO-RP wet scrubber can purify air with a capacity of up to 7000 cfm and has high cleaning efficiency. According to calculations by our project chemical engineer, it is expected to achieve air purification up to 99%.

The wet scrubber is made of metal and was delivered to the installation site in large blocks, which are now being assembled by specialists. All components of the device were tested at the Torch-Air factory.
