Odor removal up to 99.9% depending on the concentrations
Description of Adsorption Filter
Sirocco Carbon Dioxide Adsorber Filters for manholes are designed to remove unpleasant odors from sewer collectors. They are installed under the cover of a sewer or other manhole. The filter works bidirectionally, both for incoming and outgoing air. Upon request, we can provide other modifications of this filter.
The contaminated air (with odors and other pollutants) enters the adsorber housing and sequentially passes through the chemical adsorbent placed on the support-distribution grid. Pollutants are retained in the chemical adsorbent, while clean air continues to flow further. Periodically, the chemical adsorbent needs to be replaced as it becomes saturated, reducing its filtering capacity. To replace it, the used chemical adsorbent is emptied from the grid, and a new one is added. The replacement process takes approximately 5 minutes.
Specification
The technical specifications depend on the configuration. For each client, we create a project based on a detailed survey of their production and the nature of the pollutants.
We can customize the filter in non-standard designs, depending on the customer's technical requirements and specifications.
