Torch Cyclone is a filtering machine designed for different types of production sites where filtering dirty air is required. Air purification from grain dust, cement, sawdust, and others. It consists of bags of various cleaning levels as well as a cyclone-type inlet and filter element air cleaning with a fan. It works with practically any type of dust. It features additional bag protection using special metal lamellae to help reduce the wear on them. The dusty air cyclone inlet performs primary separation of the dust and reduces the load on the filter bags.
Contaminated Air Entry: Damper PlateOur filter design saves our clients money by not having to spend as much on replacing bags. A dust chamber is installed in front of the filters so that the dust settles right down into the hopper and this reduces the wear on the bags. The dust chamber helps with a more even distribution of the gas flow along all the filter bags. This extends the service life of the filters and improves air cleaning, since the load on the bags is even and that allows for operational cost savings. In its standard package, Torch Cyclone features accumulator boxes on wheels for dust or big bags (sacks). |
Pneumatic Cleaning SystemPeriodically filtered bags get covered with dirt, which increases the filter’s resistance. In order for the system to work in an uninterrupted fashion without any pressure differentials, the bags need to be cleaned. Cleaning is done in the following way:
